1. Our Commitment

DUGRIZZ ("the App") is committed to providing a safe environment and maintains a zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We comply with Google Play's Child Safety Standards Policy and applicable child protection laws in Israel and in jurisdictions where the App is distributed.

2. Adults Only (18+)

DUGRIZZ is intended for users aged 18 and older only. The service provides dating-conversation analysis and communication coaching — content that is not appropriate for minors.

• Users confirm they are 18 or older upon onboarding.
• Our Privacy Policy prohibits knowingly collecting information from minors.
• If we discover a user is a minor, we will terminate their account and delete all associated data immediately.

3. Prohibited Content

The following is strictly prohibited on or through DUGRIZZ:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any depiction of minors in a sexualized context.
• Content that promotes, glorifies, or normalizes sexual relationships between adults and minors.
• Grooming behavior — attempts to lure, build trust with, or initiate sexual contact with minors.
• Screenshots of conversations involving minors, or content claiming to depict minors.
• Links, usernames, or references pointing to CSAE content outside the App.

4. In-App Reporting & Enforcement

Wherever user-generated content appears in the App (including the "Arena" feature and coach interactions), reporting and blocking mechanisms are available:

• Report: Tap the three-dot menu (⋯) next to any content or user to open the report dialog. Categories include "abusive / inappropriate," "sexual content," "minor," and "other."
• Block: From the same menu, immediately block a user. Blocked users cannot contact you or view your content.
• Auto-moderation: Multiple reports against the same content trigger automatic review and temporary removal.

5. Report Handling Process

All child-safety-related reports are handled with the highest priority:

• Our team reviews CSAE reports within 24 hours of receipt.
• Content suspected of being CSAE is removed immediately, before the review concludes.
• Accounts that violate this policy are permanently banned.
• In cases of substantiated suspicion, we report to relevant law enforcement:
  • In Israel: Israel Police and the 105 hotline.
  • In applicable jurisdictions: reports to the NCMEC CyberTipline in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.

DUGRIZZ operates in compliance with:

• The Israeli Penal Law, 5737-1977 — provisions covering sex offenses against minors and publication of harmful content.
• The Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 (including Amendment 13).
• Google Play Child Safety Standards Policy.
• U.S. CSAM reporting law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A) where applicable.
• EU GDPR provisions on the protection of minors (Article 8).

8. AI Provider Standards

DUGRIZZ relies on third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI, xAI) for content processing. All of these providers apply safety filters that refuse to process CSAE-related content. Content flagged by these filters is logged and automatically removed from our system.

9. Updates to This Policy

We may update these Child Safety Standards from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
