דוגריז היא אפליקציה שבה משתמשים מעלים צילומי מסך של שיחות שלהם כדי לקבל ניתוח וייעוץ מ-AI. אם התכתבת עם משתמש דוגריז, ייתכן שהודעות שכתבת נכללו בצילום מסך שהוא העלה. העמוד הזה מסביר מה זה אומר ומה הזכויות שלך.
תוכן ההודעות שכתבת (כטקסט מתומלל), הכינוי שהמשתמש נתן לך באפליקציה, ותובנות שה-AI הפיק על השיחה. איננו יודעים מי אתה — אין לנו שם משפחה, טלפון או כל פרט זיהוי שלך מעבר למה שמופיע בשיחה עצמה.
לא בונים עליך פרופיל חוצה-משתמשים, לא פונים אליך, לא מוכרים ולא מפרסמים את ההודעות שלך. המידע נשמר כחלק מההיסטוריה הפרטית של המשתמש שהעלה אותו ומעובד על ידי ספק ה-AI שלנו (Google) לצורך הניתוח. קטעי שיחה קצרים שעברו הליך הסרת פרטים מזהים עשויים לשמש לשיפור מנוע ההמלצות — ללא שמות וללא פרטים מזהים.
אין לנו שום דרך ליצור איתך קשר — ולנסות להשיג כזו הייתה מחייבת אותנו לאסוף עליך עוד מידע. העמוד הזה הוא אמצעי השקיפות שלנו במקום פנייה אישית.
אתה רשאי לבקש עיון במידע שקשור אליך, את מחיקתו, או להתנגד לעיבודו. כתבו לנו ל-admin@dugrizz.app עם פרטים שיעזרו לאתר את התוכן (שם פרטי או כינוי כפי שמופיע בשיחה, פלטפורמה, תקופה משוערת).
נחפש ונמחק תוכן תואם בלי לחשוף בפניך מי העלה אותו ובלי לחשוף בפניו שפנית — הפרטיות של שני הצדדים נשמרת. נענה תוך 30 יום. אם אינך מרוצה מהטיפול, זכותך לפנות לרשות להגנת הפרטיות.

Dugrizz users upload screenshots of their own conversations for AI analysis. If you've chatted with a Dugrizz user, messages you wrote may have been included in a screenshot they uploaded. This page explains what that means and what your rights are.
The text of your messages (as a transcript), the nickname the user gave you in the app, and AI-derived notes about the conversation. We do not know who you are — we hold no surname, phone number, or identifier beyond what appears in the conversation itself.
We do not build cross-user profiles of you, contact you, sell or publish your messages. The data is kept as part of the uploading user's private history and is processed by our AI provider (Google) for the analysis. Short conversation snippets that have passed a de-identification process may be used to improve our recommendation engine — with no names and no identifying details.
We have no way to reach you — and obtaining one would require collecting more data about you. This page is our transparency measure in place of individual notice.
You may request access to data relating to you, request its deletion, or object to its processing. Email admin@dugrizz.app with details that help us locate the content (first name or nickname as it appears in the conversation, platform, approximate period).
We will search and delete matching content without revealing who uploaded it, and without telling them you asked — both sides' privacy is preserved. We reply within 30 days. If unsatisfied, you may complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or your local data protection authority.
